日本語は英語の後に続きます。

Since our founding in 2013, we have cherished the many lessons and encounters shared in our Beppu classroom.
However, more and more learners told us, “My work schedule makes it hard to attend in person.”
“I want to keep learning even after moving.”

To make sure that learning never stops, we have moved all of our lessons online.
Today, students join us not only from Beppu, but from across Japan and around the world.

“The place may change, but the connection remains.”
Even through the screen, we continue to support each learner with the same care and commitment.

In July 2025, we also received official authorization from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and launched our licensed job placement service.
This allows us to connect skilled foreign professionals with Japanese companies
supporting their entire journey from learning to working in Japan.

At Nihongo Compass,
we connect people and society through language — to enrich each individual’s life.
We will keep standing beside those who learn, those who work, and those building their future.

2013年の開校以来、別府の教室で多くの学びと出会いを重ねてきました。
しかし、「仕事が忙しくて通えない」「引っ越しても続けたい」という声を多くいただくようになりました。

そこで、学びを止めないために、すべてのレッスンをオンラインへ。
今では、別府だけでなく、日本全国、そして海外からも参加できる教室になりました。

「場所が変わっても、つながりはそのまま。」
画面の向こうでも、変わらず一人ひとりの成長を支えます。

さらに、2025年7月には厚生労働大臣の許可を受け、職業紹介事業を開始しました。
日本で働きたい外国人の方と、優秀な人材を求める企業をつなぎ、
「学ぶ」から「働く」まで、一貫してサポートできる体制を整えています。

私たち、にほんごCompassは、
一人ひとりの生活を豊かにするために、ことばで人と社会をつなぎます。
これからも、学ぶ人と働く人、そしてその未来に寄り添う存在であり続けます。
